Re-elected: Robert Dale, Keith Lovell, Barbara Baldassari, pool opening around Covid, don't park in alleys, don't dump furniture on sidewalks or clean out car in parking lot, place garbage cans back within 24 hrs, pay your dues on time.  Noah rehired to assist Kirk.

More pandemic, pool vandalized, clubhouse available, landscaping, maintenance report, liens against consistent past due payments. 

Great meeting turnout, community supports our maintenance, vote approved to raise dues $50 which still isn't enough, 

Annual Homeowner meeting reminder

Remember dues increase, no annual meeting due to pandemic, theft on porches and vehicles, maintenance needs.

Lakewood Water agreement, leaking toilets and sinks, considering revising CCR's, maintenance report.

No assessment, Previous boards didn't adjust dues to keep up with inflation. Pandemic crisis, attorney advised us on updated laws and regulations.
