The pool is open June - September

(weather permitting)

Pool Rules:

• NO LIFEGUARD, Swim at your own risk.

• The pool may NOT BE RESERVED or used for pool parties.

• RESIDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE for and MUST ACCOMPANY their guests at all times.

• Except for service animals, NO PETS are allowed in the pool area.

• RESPECT OTHERS. Please no excessive noise or rowdy behavior.

• SUPERVISE CHILDREN. No play is allowed around the heat pump. No diving or running.

• Food and drinks in METAL or PLASTIC CONTAINERS ONLY.

• NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL is allowed in the pool area.

• LONG HAIR MUST BE TIED BACK

• Place trash in designated containers. Please help out. TAKE SMELLY TRASH HOME. Especially soiled diapers.

• PLEASE RETURN POOL FURNITURE if you move it.
